Parts Cleaning Technologies offers a complete spectrum of waste management services to the industrial waste generator. Our total management approach provides the client with a single source of experience to handle any waste management requirement. We offer a high level of environmental integrity while exploring the best available technology to manage an industrial waste stream.
PCT is a fully RCRA Part B permitted waste handler at locations across the United States. From these regional locations, our highly trained personnel can assist the generator in selecting the most cost effective and risk free way of managing a waste stream. Our services include recycling, reuse, or disposal of industrial wastes. We also offer full transportation services utilizing our own fully permitted truck fleet.

| In addition to our in house service of reclaiming
chlorinated solvents, we offer a full range of other recycling
options through our broad network of reputable suppliers. Other
recyclable wastes include flammable solvents (i.e. IPA, toluene),
waste oils, light bulbs containing mercury, solvent contaminated
rags, and steel or plastic drums.

Beneficial reuse of any waste also ranks high in our priorities. If a waste stream does not meet the requirements for recycling , PCT will pursue reuse of the material through a Supplemental Fuels Program. Typically, a liquid or solid waste is reused for its BTU content. In this comprehensive program, wastes are blended into fuel and utilized in the cement manufacturing process. By realizing the BTU content from the wastes, the cement kilns use less fossil fuel in their process. The organic wastes are completely destroyed in the kiln with temperatures in excess of 3000 degrees Fahrenheit. Any inorganic component of the waste stream is completely entrained in the raw cement product. Certificates of thermal destruction can be issued for wastes processed into a Supplemental Fuels Program.

As a full service waste manager, PCT offers industrial waste incineration services for those waste streams which do not meet the requirement of recycling or reuse. |
| Some of the wastes that fit into this category are
highly toxic, corrosive, or reactive. Also included in the
incineration category would be low BTU wastes such as contaminated
soils, inorganic filter cakes, or contaminated floor dry from spill
clean up. PCT utilizes only fully permitted RCRA incinerators and
offers certificates of thermal destruction for wastes treated in
this way.
